knows what this is without a second look. I'd like to know though.

It's about (guessing) 28' in length, and is pretty well hidden somewhere.

Volvo outdrive, not sure on engine, nor interior as I didn't want to get shot crawling all over this thing. Tires on trailer are shreaded, boat has been sitting still for atleast 4 years

Sorry about the crappy pictures, just my cell phone with me today, but I'm going to take my real camera tomorrow.

I don't know if it's for sale or not, if it was posted for sale, I would have dove deeper into it. It needs alot of work, and I don't think it has an engine (didn't look in through the exhaust holes, but no pipes sticking out). I looked on the trailer hoping to find a tag, but no-go (was hoping to do a reverse search or something). Anyway, as I said, hopefully I can take some better pictures tomorrow or Wednesday.

Can't you do a search on the boat numbers on the front?

My guess would be a 26' Excalibur.

It doesn't have the sexy lines like a 27 Magnum!! It could be an excalibur (as stated before) or a Monza. I think they dabbled in 27-28's along with the 24's. at one point I think Manta made the same thing. Back then so many people made the same thing it's really hard to tell. Is there no # on the transom? Heck If it sat that long Nobody Loves it!!! Climb all you want. If asked just tell them the truth, you thought you may know someone who wants it....No Big Deal....

There may be #'s on the transom, but not in the standard spot, and the hull has been painted (looks like it was painted with rollers and brushes :( ). You probably are right about nobody loving it, but I personally find it pretty sexy (sans the hatches on the forward deck). I think next time I'm in the area I'll do some more snooping around, maybe pop the cover off the ****pit and see if there is any emblems / etc.

Thanks

Ya Know, In the 90's there was a company called JAWS that made a very similar boat. Theirs was a 24' I believe ( I sunk one racing in Key West) I think the Jaws Nose was pointier than the one in the pic. But everything else looks really similar.
