There has been a 45MPH limit on Gardeners & Peconic bays for may years but very loosely enforced! Well the towns have gotten together and bought 6 new boats and more guys to chase people down. If you are coming to Claudio's I would keep a good eye out for the fuzz they will be out in force this season. I verified this with my buddy a lieutenant on our local force, I will keep his credit card close to my heart!
