I'm a long time subscriber to Hot Boat and PowerBoat. This year I added Trailer Boats, which is a little too basic, and Boating. I'm looking into this one: www.performanceboats.com (http://www.performanceboats.com) , their forum is huge.:alligator

hmmmm, Hot Boat (for Brownie's stuff) and......Classic Boating. And three marque magazines that are pretty good quarterlies.

I got a free sub to Yachting and MB&S for the last year (due to attending a boat show here in Houston) and found them really lame. Especially MB&S. Or is it just MotorBoating these days? Just put those old time mags to sleep, will ya! Its a shame. Right up there with MotorTrend.

Powerboat magazine is good... worth the sub. I pick up hot Boat at the airports when I travel. Dunno why I never sub to that. Trailer boats is a decent read... a little tame sometimes..but decent. Boating Life is good if you like 16' Bayliners. ;-)

Along with some of the others mentioned, Soundings and National Fisherman. Both have all kinds of info regarding boating and our waters and waterways.
