Awakening of the Horses VIII Meal Package 2008

Both the Friday night and Saturday night meals will be a package deal. The package will cost $50.00 per person payable either in advance or at the gathering when you register. Registration will occur both Friday and Saturday mornings from 8am till 10am.

Package Includes:


1 Awakening of the Horses VIII T-Shirt – honoring the Donzi X-18.
Friday Night Barbecue – Hamburger/Cheeseburger/Hotdog barbecued on a grill at the waterfront yacht club. Desert and non-Alcoholic drinks will be available. If you wish something different, please bring it with you.
Saturday Night Texas Barbecue – This is Pork Loin and Beef Brisket slow cooked in a smoker for 3 days by a Cotton Farmer from TX and a Texan used to be now living in that state up North otherwise known as Michigan. (Sorry had to through that in as I'm a Buckeye fan.) These two get it right every time with the help of their better halves! Meal will include: Baked beans, salad and dinner roll also. Drinks are your responsibility. Bring your appetite!

Tex signing in for evrything but only for one person....the wife and crumb snatcher are staying home, she says to much speed involved in this one for her. She will attend next time.
I will be arriving early friday morning , like 3 AM.....have a serious meeting on thursday that will probably extent into early evening....should be able to leave around 8-9 PM thursday night....Will i make the lunch run? not sure but better to sign in for it and not use it.......

Jerry, curious as to what time dinner is on Friday night. I plan to be rolling into town around 6. Again, 'plan' being the key word here. Go ahead and keep my name down on the list for Friday and Saturday night dinners, in case I get out of work early. But I'm just curious if I'll make it as my plan is now.
