There was a thread here awhile back wondering if we have a reasonable expectation of privacy from above. It seems that in Vermont at least, we do.

This guy lives in primitive conditions but had enough cabbage to take this to the state Supreme Court to avoid doing 45 days? Does he get his pot back?:wink::woot:Sometimes it eases my pain too! Oh wait, I didn't just type that in a public forum.......here come the choppers.........gotta cover the skylights........:nilly:
