Time for a name change

The Big Green ZX has found a new home. People say that the best times with a boat are when you buy it and when you sell it. I don;t think that those are boat people. I will be very sad to see it go but feel good that it it going to a good home with CJMike in Minnesota.

None the less, I will also have to relinquish the infamous Big Green ZX title.

I am looking for a couple of directions. I have picked out a few themes and have some potential names.

The first idea is keeping with the theme of my avatar (although I will change the pic)

The second one is to do something to do with my new 540.

The third is totally obscure but moderately thought provoking

The 27 ZX is a lot GREENER than it used to be now that it has a 454 instead of a blown 502 MAG. That is the point of the name change...His new 26 ZX is not GREEN in any way and it will not look BIG for long as he pulls away from everyone headed into the sunset!! With the BIG Brodies and the monster 540ci and the blower and tricked out fuel system I am waiting on the report of 1,000 HP from the dyno pull! NOT GREEN!!!

:tase:Oh the ZX is still Big and Green. I am sure that it will be faster again. I just had to pull the fuel consuming blower motor out and go with a nice stock Mag MPI. Yes, it is unquestionably "Greener" now and burns a lot less fuel. :beer:

I love the color of the boat and got many compliments on it.

The new boat, well that will be a fossil fuel loving machine! Yes, 1,000 hp has been extracted from my setup. :eek!: Now you don't think that I would be dropping all of that money for a mere 700hp now do you? Maybe I have a surprise up my sleeve for AOTH where I unleash a 1,100 hp monster with an Arneson. J/K. (I would not be surprised if a friend of mine pulls that off though!)

Ya see, until someone else mentioned the name of the person depicted in your avatar, I thought either it was either a;
A) 40 year old picture of Freddy Fender, but since I've never seen Freddy looking so full of himself, I thought it must be a picture of
B) Yourself.
But once I had a name to go with the smirking picture, I Googled it and found out it is a porn star.
I had to Google it because, while I'm pretty well informed about current events, I don't look at, watch, or read about porn. There are a whole world of things much more important to me.
So.....you missed the mark w/me, and probably some others.
I wasn't shocked or offended. But I digress......
If you really want to get the job done, and universally shock and offend everyone, so that there's no misunderstanding what your intention is, maybe you should consider one of the following, something;
A) Anti-Semetic
B) Anti-Christian, or
C) Anti-Muslim (maybe a cartoon of a certain person)
See what I mean???????
Any of the above would be universally understood, and could make your life EXCITING. :eek!:
