Proud owner of this "new" 20 year old Donzi! Georgia to Texas and back in 3 days - Whew! Ran very well Sunday. 55 degrees and sunny. Got 2 hours in and I want more. It will need a dash one day and wetsanding but for now, its just to enjoy. 502 with Bravo One - other than that, very good original condition. Lil trim - bow lift- and it flys! Seems to do everything well. The grey interior grows on you.

Anyone know about the 25th Anniversary edition?

Nice boat good colors, must crank with the 502. I notice your buckets have not been swapped, swapping them side to side saves ankles and cuss words. To do it you may have to egg the holes for the rods if it has not been done yet, it will be one of the most appreciated mods!

I believe there were only 25 of 'em. And Minx ones and 18's. There "was" a Gold Badge I believe just behind the throttle that would have stated the number it was in the run. My 18 is 5 of 25.

I like the interior colour.

The '87 LE boats were restricted to 25 units... i'm not sure the '88 Anniv. boats had a build restriction, but i've seen/known less of them than the '87 LE's.. i'm not aware of the gold tags on the Anniv. boats...

She's a beauty. As long as your steering is tight, lots of trim for the most top end speed. Less at lower speeds. You'll hardly need the tabs, only to balance loads.

I'm partial to the gray interior as well ;)

(and I will be swapping the seats, I've already cussed out that damn knob)

Enjoy!

Previously owned by Silver Bullet out of Missouri City Tx (Hstn)
He owned for 3 years. An individual out of Austin Tx before and I believe it was in Mich. prior. No other info on who did the engine transplant.
MOP- yep, seat changes will be made - Thanks!

Speed to be advised when GPS is up. Now I have to find a place to put this long boat! I cannot make the sharp turn in my driveway to back it all the way in! The 16 was a breeze and I could pick up the tounge and walk it anywhere! Oh well, the 22 is good problem to have.

For a tight place you may want to think about a front hitch, I did a ton of small boat deliveries our truck had a ball on front for the tight spots. The maneuverability is fantastic, you also have excellent visibility. The mount does not have to be as heavy as your rear hitch. Ours was pretty simple cross bar affair attached to the bumper supports with the ball bar going back to the chassis for push & Pull.
