Saw this as I was coming out of the Keys today in Islamorada. Stopped to take a few pics. It was for sale 300.00 boat and trailer. It gave a new meaning to the word PROJECT.

I had to laugh, the name on the side appears to be FUJIMO.
There is a cruiser with that name locally. I hear the boat was the result of a divorce and the acronym stood for
" **** You Jenn I'm Moving On "

Seriously, I wasn't even alive when the Criterions were produced :bonk:... is there such thing as a Critter Jr.? I always thought the Minx looked Critter-ish in the stern.

Not sure Jim, I was looking for a pic of a barrel chipper and I found this one. What's the Oklahoma angle?

BUIZILLA

From the sounds of it....the story may have a bad ending...? not really.... seems someone's wife threw some stop sticks aross the road, a Winn Dixie semi not paying attention popped a tire and the following rig (ahem... coughcough) got caught up in it and now we have matchsticks... no biggie, life goes on, broom's are back in the closet...

please return to your continued errant ways..

Am I the only one here that needs an update?......an answer to this question......?

Here's what I think happen based on the cryptic posts here.

1: Dude posts what actually is a prototype Criterion Jr. for sale in the Keys for $300.

2: Poodle craps his pants, does a neutral drop and heads South.

3: Buys said rare boat.

4: On the way home a semi jackknifes and t-bones the boat, turning it into a pile of $hit.....totally unrepairable.

How far off am I and where are the pics?

Poodle....if this is true?......I hope you are ok.

After the autopsy is done, will we be able to buy little commemorative bags of Criterion Junior fibreglass????
I would love to have a little piece of history to put on display behind my bar.
Maybe commission Scott Pearson and Cliff to build little rosewood boxes with an era correct Donzi logo on the lid.
