Battery Cable Size

What gauge of cable would you guys use to connect
the battery ?

I am getting rid of cheap automotive cables installed
by a previous owner. (Both + and - are red !)

Figure 10ft from battery to switch to starter. Chart says
2 awg (marine) will carry 100 amps w/ 3% loss.

I don't know what came from the factory but I'm replacing 6 gauge with 2 gauge.
