I don't know aything about this, but it looks interesting.
GM 350 Vortec, 350 HP @ 5000 RPM and seem to be reasonably priced.
I know they would have to be marinized.

Not really that much cheaper than the Jegs "Blueprinted" line of marine small blocks and the Jegs motors are already marinized and make more overall torque and HP.

I don't see where they do their max at 5000 RPM?????

They don't publish the dyno graph but considering that their cam profiles are very similar my guess is the graph would be very similar, just bumped up a tad for the Jegs motor due to displacement and compression.

They say their motors all ship with dyno printouts so a phone call could probably get them to email you one.
