Nope - not Porches!

Model 1911 pistols. I just picked up my STI Spartan 1911. The action on this is so smooth. Can't wait to shoot it. Here is a review - http://ezine.m1911.org/STISpartan.htm

I also bought a Brommeland Inside-the Waistband concealed carry holster. This holster was pricey (almost 1/3 the cost of the pistol). But it is very comfortable and hides the full size pistol very well under a shirt tail.

Never shot the STI but it looks like it has all the right options, beaver tail, lightened trigger, adjustable sights, double serrations, ambidextrous safety? (can't tell for sure). It should shoot real nice.

STI's have really come on as of late. Kind of like where Kimber was 10 years ago. I'd say it looks like a keeper to me.

I've got 2, a loaded Springfield competition and a limited edition Colt lightweight Officers. Both are a joy to shoot but the Springfield makes 1 hole in the paper @ 15 yds :D

No ambidextrous safety but then I don't care to have one. No left wingnuts are going to be shooting this. Well maybe my sister will. She is right handed but shoots left handed and is a major lefty
