A backup plate for the lifting system bolts that go through the transom. They look to be over tightened pulled in to me so I was going to put a backup plate on them. I most likely will drill wholes in the plate and weld both sides of the bolts so the will be headless so to speak. The ties down eyes plates were just an after thought they would be 1/4" 316SS 2.25x3.25 polished. The plate will be 1/4" 316SS 4.25 x 5.25 polished. I just thought engraving something on the lifting eye plate would dress it up a little. I am removing my decals and installing two sets of emblems that Zelatore made but hated to totally loose the classic DONZI shield.

Either you corrected the spelling or someone has a defective dictionary! Looks good. An SS shield with the logo etched in would go good with the SS letters. And don't forget to cross the Z.:wink:
