I sure hope everyone here doesn't bid on this poster!!!!!
I sure would like to get it since that is exactly what I'm building. I got permission from Elaine to hang it in my office. What more could a guy ask for?
Except maybe a fair price.

Somebody wants this pretty bad! I hope you get it George. Reprints are a good idea - I'd be interested in one.

Someone, who shall remain ananomous, has volunteered to buy it for me. So if everyone will hold off, it'll happen.
I like the idea of copies.
It'd be good for everyone.

Maybe we should place bets on how high it will go!!! My bet is a good bit over 100.

I can understand tho, last week I bid way over what something that said DONZI on it was worth. Luckly no one was bidding against me!!! It was a 98' DONZI brochure, I have a 98' 18 classic hull number 1 for that year. In the 98' brochure the 18 classic was colored identical to mine...... even the rear hatch being slightly ****ed.....no sure but really kinda think it was my boat in the picture. Anyone know if they make new brochures yearly??????

1 1/2 hrs to go and it is at $81
Funny bidding going on. Same person bidding against himself.
Hes gone from $39 to $80 11 bids against himself..

George; what do you think???

Sometimes that's how bids show up when someone has set a maximum bid, but another bidder keeps putting maximum bids below that value.

For instance, say person 1's max bid is $150. Well, ebay puts $79 as the bid since that's all it takes to still be the highest. Then, person 2 comes along and puts $80 as their max bid. Ebay automatically puts person 1's new bid as $81 since it's below his max of $150. However person 2's bid never shows up because technically he never entered the highest bid. That's probably why you're seeing what looks like one person "bidding up."

I hope you guys are collaborating with Patrick because it appears he is the one that somebody is bidding against (98cishovel is the high bidder). If you guys are entering new bids, you're just inflating the price.

Not bidding against himself. You are seeing the incremental automatic bids made to counter someone else's automatic bids until their max bid is reached.

I made an early bid on this but bowed out way early

I'm still betting that it will go a good bit over 100.00 but maybe not.......

Any thoughts on the brochures? New ones each year, or insert same ol pictures year after year?
