The vast majority of windshield cracks emulate from a fasteners, you can not hard mount Plexi on a boat and expect it not to crack. Our boat do Flex especially the way many of us fly our rigs.
If your windshield grommets are getting hard an not allowing for the flex it is time to replace them, I have a new shipment and can take orders. Check the parts for sale section!
