Has anyone put a big block like a 502 in a minx and if so what was the results? ( good or bad)

I saw one with a 454 in it. Performance wise it didn't run any better than my boat, but I have a mildly modified 350, and the Minx I saw had a 454/330HP.

I remember reading about someone else doing it too... hopefully they chime in.

Thanks for the info. Had a 383 stroker motor and blew it up. I have a chance to buy a 502 and wasn't sure how it would match up. didn't know if the extra weight would affect the way it handled.
