Frame is all stripped. I bought a cheap sandblaster and tried it out. Although it took everything off, it is slow and a piece of crap.

Question- I can load it up, take it 100 miles to IF and have it blasted. The problem is the return trip, with it being winter, any water that gets on it will rust immediatly. I could use an enclosed trailer, but it is still a pain in the ass to go back and forth. I am thinking of investing in a better blaster to try and take it down. Decisions decisions.....

I have rented large blasters in the past when doing big jobs, you can do the whole frame in a few hours. Can't remember how much but worth it.

Curious are you using "Black Diamond" the best medium available, that even in a weak blaster usually does a decent job. It will eat a hole through 1/4" steel surprisingly fast used in a big commercial blaster.
