No that is actually a 21 cigarette. Only two made with inboard/outboard.

Ironically, there was also a 21 Cigarette with O/B power recently listed for sale in Ohio. Does anyone know how many O/B powered 21's the factory produced?

I have been told they produced about 40 outboards. I think some guy in Wisconsin bought the outboard from Ohio you are referring to.
