Born in 1935 is way to old to be driving a Donzi. I was born in 1941..but of course I'm an exception. I just turned 66. What's interesting is the looks from the young-uns when you pull up to the public dock in Wolfeboro, NH.....in a Donzi. AND, are able to turn the boat in it's own length to park it bow out. Precious. My dad was born in 1934. He just celebrated his 73rd Birthday Sunday, and is the proud owner of this LE Minx. :happy_bi: Dad.

George and I were born the same wonderful day in in October of 1945 day, but George is older by 4 hours but I am more beautiful because I am younger:wink:. Unfortunately we are totally into the boating. Got my first Donzi in1966, and my sister still has it.

Hi Mario: I've got an '86 Minx. Red/honey, named "Ankle Deep". Actually bought the boat from Goodhue Hawkins way back. My wife and I rent a cabin on the lake every September after Labor Day for a couple of weeks. Been doing this for over ten years.

Wolfeboro is the "Quiet Side" of the lake, (No "Ruffians"), where the Old Folks vacation. :nilly: John

I still play hockey regularly and at the level I play I am usually the oldest guy on the team, if not the league (at 46).

I want to thank you guys for making me feel young again.:biggrin.:

I'm 58 and have been on the water my entire life. Spent a lot time fiddling with outboards. Bought my first Donzi last Summer. Great boat. Hope to continue to do this for a while longer.

Yeller, we are tied. 46 here. May 18 1961. 19 years later, to the hour, Mt Saint Helens blew up :D and I could hear it 175 miles away...

It must be the boats, I have met most of you or talked on the phone. we all seem younger at heart and looks than non Donzi owners. Peter Pan has nothing on us. BTW I heard he has a Donzi classic Too
