Coming home from Key West Sunday, and ran across this going North on I-95. 47 Apache with twin 1300 Sterlings. :eek!::hyper::yes:

Yes that's what I read.

I spoke to Catch, and asked him if those were dual wheels, like the rear wheels on a dually, on the trailer, becuase I know a regular tandem axle won't work well with that boat. He said he believed they were.

Cuda, you are correct...that boat used to be called Quick Tempered and was from my neck of the woods...

I've been on it several times...

BTW, it used to be a triple engine boat...

kinda proves my point when talking to some of my friends, straight v's and big HP will out do steps any day as soon as the seas pick up, ive watched that video hundreds of times and it never gets old, i love them old apaches, cigs, and sutphens, they take every bit of that big water and ask for more
