intake question

Does anyone know what if anything is different about the intake manifold on the holman moody engine...Looks to me like a stock ford intake...Thanks Joe

It depends which H&M you have. My 351 Cleveland Has a Ford racing single plane on it .I removed it and put on a Performer for better response at lower RPMs. Our 16 has what looks like a std ford but it is slightly different. I don't know if there are any advantages to it

I put a Weiand Stealth on mine. Seems to be a favorite among the Ford guys and it'll save you about 30 lbs too. :)

I had to look, I have changed the intake on my Cleveland so many times I had to look at my notes. I now have the Weiland stealth on it now. Notes say it is better on the dyno but about the same on the water, with slightly better fuel economy. Oh by the I found my missing carb it is also on it too. I am just getting old.
