Definetley NOT a barrelback!!!! And most likely NOT a '65. As far as I can tell there were no clamshell vents installed from the factory on '65's. Also, Most of the first 16's had Eaton drives not Volvo's.

I know that boat, It belonged to Ronny Shiffer who put the Cleavland, when it was white with the blue stripe and white hull. He lived somewhere in Pompono at the time. It was a late 1965 early 66. He sold it in the early 70's. Not a barrel back, just a 16.

I saw this ad last week, It used to have a buy it now price of 7k, none now. I was curious about the year as well. Hopefully it'll find a good home with someone looking for a project.
