I am replumbing and upgrading the fuel system in the 454 gen 6 22c.

A previous owner had used hydrolic lines as fuel hoses. The lines are 1/2 inch
but the fittings have about 1/8" opennings. Over the years the gas has
leaked into the casing. What a stink !!!

Should I put the filter/seperator before the electric holley marine pump or after ?
The carb plumbing has a screen style filter built in.

I have seen them both ways.

I'm pretty positive that I've only seen it before the pump. It seems most logical there...
