If I have a 1996 22' Classic "30th Anniversary Edition", how can there be a 2004 22' Classic "40th Anniversary Edition"?
Slight mix-up with years don't you think?
Not a big deal really, just curious.

40th anni would be celebrating a 1964 start date and the 30th would be 1966.
Wasn't the company originally founded in 1963? I could easily be wrong...I don't know the history overly well.
This came up in thread some time ago. I don't think there was a definitive answer that time either.

So I wonder how they come up with the inconsistency and commit a specific model to a year that is not relative to a founding year. I know the 90's were kinda 'heady years" in Florida but hey this is whacko. HA

Thanks

I have a 1988 25th anniversary. Add that one into the mix of confusion.

Different company owners. AMH is advertising 1964 as the establishment year. It's on the 40th, the shirts and the new logo.
