Has anyone ever heard of an adapter plate, part, or anything that can be purchased to accommodate a Bravo 1 drive? If there is something out there I would like to hear about it before I replace an entire transom. Thanks

The boat end has a TRS bolt pattern to bolt to the transom and the drive end has a bravo bolt pattern. I'm sure there is more to it.

Best route is to redo the transom, it is probably about time anyway. Then borrow the fixture for the bolt pattern and hole, this gives you the option of raising the X dimension a little. You can go to 17" without hatch issues on a 22, in the smaller classics the hatch needs to be modified but well worth the effort for the increase in speed.

There is an adapter plat that bolts over the old hole with a bravo drive bolt pattern in it. Volvo has one because there SX drives bave the same bolt pattern as the Bravo. I think it is 1/2 inch aluminum. I have seen others too. Altho I would probably redo the transom. Do you still have the TRS I may be interested in it.
