Maybe the minx is different but to remove the hubs there are 4 bolts that screw iinto them from under the dash and they fall right off..Wastold to use a puller maybe a misunderstanding...

Not sure if we are on the same page but to remove the helm the steering cable needs to come off first then the wheel, once they are off remove the 4 screws in the bezel then the helm will come free from the back.
