Here is my solution to a boarding ladder. I don’t like people on the deck, fore or aft, too slippery and someone is going to get hurt. I have a family and want to ski, tube and swim and most of all I want to do it with a DONZI! This works great for me. It has a deck mount option, but works great over the gunnels without drilling holes. Use 4 rubber bumpers for Home Depot and some Schedule 40 PVC to extend the standoffs.
