and tuned in when I could get on the web.

Watching them bring the victims into shore and administering CPR... very sobering.

Supposedly, Teaque and the model on the boat are okay. Two out of three dead on the copter.

Awful news.

if you look at the port side sponse their are scuffs on the top of the deck,,i wonder if he hit a wake or a swell which made him go air born and came in contact with the chopper:confused:

My first thought, after praying for everyone involved, was to wonder if there would be a change in "rules".......wasn't there a change in the process of photographing races many years ago?

Very Sad. Our thoughts and prayers to everyone involved. It's weird that this happened as I was talking to Mike Miller on Saturday about the very same thing. I had asked him if everything was still on for the photo shoot at the Hometown Rally. I had asked him if anything like this ever happened. Once again our prayers go out to the famlies of those who were lost.

As a retired racer I hate accidents of any kind, I really feel bad about this. To make it worse it was 09/11. I already was wearing my stars and stripes shirt and hat. not a good day
