Thank you for the heads up. I had enquired about that one and while it looked good, it was a 1992 with a King Cobra and no thru hall exhaust. It was originally 22k incl. trailer but the price was dropped. It would have been too much of a project for me. I was a little nervous

Project??

was the motor shot?
I wouldn't think adding thru-hull exhaust would be an issue?
king cobra's are apparently bulletproof

do a few searches on this board and use the information you get to your advantage

I thought that grey interior only came with the Testarossa? That is an interesting color combo. Good price.

It's an anniversary edition, even though they got the years wrong (donzi started 1964, not 1963).

I have a 1988 minx anniversary.

I am not knocking this boat, but from my experience, the gray interior sucks. It seems just as bad at absorbing heat as black... when I come into a dock, I have to put towels to cover everything. Looks like a band of gypsies. LOL

I'm not a current Donzi owner. I would feel more comfortable with Merc power as more marinas service them on my lake and the marina that deals OMC doesn't have the best reputation.

Also, I really have no idea how much it might cost to add a Silent Choice thru hall system.

Thank you for your insight!

I agree about the seats. I'm sweating just thinking about it. Great thought though!

I inquired about the boat a few days ago and the owner was quick to write back with some photos. The paint is a bit chalky, the interior is in nice shape. The whole boat appears to be in good condition and he has owned it since 2002. Also a galvanized trailer in good shape. Personally, I can't stand the colors at all, but that's just me!

25th anniversary boats are 1988's, which would make the first Donzi a 1963.....and we all know that the first Donzi was a '64, so.....
