Jill and I were out on LC tonight enjoying the fact that everybody has gone home from the big weekend. Beautiful evening.
I was driving the Scorpion 18 back to the docks, when I saw this bass boat throwing a wicked rooster and really, really moving. Of course, I sensed an opportunity to go check out a bass boat.
Wow! I never even got close running in the low 70's. When we did get behind him idling through the marina, I saw the 300. Is it even legal to put that kind of motor on an 18 foot bass boat?
I was impressed to say the least. I wouldn't even think about trying to out run a Classic 16OB with one of those things on it.
