looks like alot of fun, in my price range, however, no overnite area which is a big down fall for me, anyone know anything about the older checkmates? ive never seen on like this before, looks awesome for sure

Shoot a PM to Tim aka SharkeyMarine. He posts here from time to time. Looks like he's the one listing the boat. He owns a 28 Checkmate with twin eggbeaters (different one) and could probably answer a lot of your questions. That looks like a super clean boat. Just gotta make sure the racing bolsters are going to work for you.....

^^^ i can deal with the front bolsters, thats not a big deal, i dont like having more that one passenger normally, plus im used to the throttle being on the left, no change there, i know ive seen a few race deck apaches that have been converted to a half cabin just a matress area for the over nite here and there and storage, i need to do some research and find out if that could be done with this hull, im guessing there is bulkheads all the way to the bow under that deck that would have to be modified...mhmm.. ideas ideas, its defintley one unique lookin boat, and looks like some fun
