22ZX Prop?

I just bought a 97 22ZX with a 454 Magnum carburated. Currently has a 23, 3-blade mirage prop. Not sure of the gear ration on the drive. Any suggestions for a different prop? Looking for better top end.

Welcome to the board. To better help you, a little information will be needed. What speeds are you seeing, and what are the RPM's at WOT? This will help determine what direction to go in prop wise.

I don't know the true speeds I've seen so far, haven't had a gps on it yet. I'm hitting 4300 RPM, I know that motor should be hitting 5000. The tank of fuel that is in there is old, I've put some octante boost in the tank I think it will pick up a little when this tank of fuel is run through. I'm looking to increase the top end and cruise efficiently, I'm sure that I will have to give up a little of one or the other. Any suggestions are appreciated.
