If you are talking about the Lake Rescue Shootout, I believe that the classes start at 20'. George wanted to run his X-18 and it was too short without adding a swim platform.
I would call these guys for more info. The website does not seem to have the length catagories.

Unfortunately I will not be at LOTO to attend the races this year. I am trying to purchase a Donzi 22 for next years races.......
