Yes its for a 350 Chev Mercruiser alpha Drive. Leave me a email address and I will forward some pictures. With Inspection plate.

I think nearly all Merc flywheel covers after about '90 will fit nearly any engine and Alphas and Bravos. I know they're all interchangable on SBC, BBC, 4.3, and 3 liter four cylinder engines and all have the large clearance hole for Bravo coupler.
