:rlol::rlol: That's the exact neighbourhood that we just bought in. Kinder Morgan has been really good to the affected people. They're paying all clean up costs...no questions asked. Unfortunately, we are a few houses away from the oil spray........house needs new paint.

Ran into a guy that works for them while on holidays. KM doesn't own any oil rights, they only deliver it (in their pipelines) to the inlet for loading on the ships. Loading cost per ship....$1.5M :eek!:
