Finally got her running much better. All that was done last week was to put on the 1.65 drive and returned the carb to stock and a little on the fat side. Although Comp Cams swears the 264 cam I put in it did not change the torque curve, it obviously did. With the 1.65 drive on it, the popping and hesitation was pretty much gone, had just a touch of it once or twice, but I think I can tune this out. Boat came on great out of the hole and gained 3-4 mph on the top end. Thanks everyone for the advice over the last 9 months, now to propping.

Before Gear change-
19 pitch Vengence 54 @ 4300

Boat ran as follows after gear change-
23 pitch (not sure what type) 56 @ 4450
21 pitch Quicksilver 57 @4500
19 Pitch Vengence 55 @ 4600

I know there are better props out there vs. these. Cupped, labbed, smaller and larger diameter. I borrowed most of these props except for the 19 pitch. What do some of you suggest I try to get max top end and decent hole shot while staying above 4600 rpm WOT? Thanks

Also, took some great pics of the Teton Mountains and the lake this weekend. Check them out-

Also, noticed that my oil pressure was only 18 psi at idle, but 40 at any speed over idle, should I be concerned?

No, you are within Merc's specs.
