It took my uncle, his friend, and me from april 17 to june 7 to get done.We still have some little stuff to do but for the must part it ran down the icw yesterday. We converted it from inboard to outboard. We put in a teak floor:yes:,and painted it.For the big things. It has 2 250 yamahas:eek!:.

It has not been run with a gps,but my dad and uncle had a 1972 magnum sedanin the mid 80's with 2 200 mercs black max's that were rated at the power head. And it went 64 mph at 65 rpm with props that were to small.I spent hours on the teak. The cabin door was the hardest to varnish. But it's worth it.

------Steven,,,I hope you see this question as I havent seen any posts by you lately. I need to know about your seats. Where did those come from??? I am very much in need of something the same or very similar for a project of mine. If anybody else recognizes them, please chime in. Thanks.........Bill S
