Whose X-18 in Miami

X-18, yellow parked at the Coconut Grove Marina. Old reg. tag was from about 5yrs. ago. If its been outside for that long, needs major retro. Just wondering??

MP- - Thanks for the history update. What ashame that a X was neglected and forgotten. My son was working in the Grove and spotted it. He's aware that I wouldn't mind adding an X or Minx for the vacant spot next to the garage.
