The new to me 22 Testarossa has a SST framed windshield that's a little different from later models.
If you look at the pic, you'll see that the upper member is curved. It's really pretty attractive. It occured to me that this boat was titled about the same time (October '87) that the late Minx's were being released w/the Italian SST windshields.
I checked Saturday, and sure enough, there's a sticker on the Port rear corner of the windshield that says "Berenzoni, Italy" along w/the name of the US importer.
Now my question....was this year unique, or were all the SST windshilds made by Berenzoni?????

Im not exactly sure who made that one. I know waterbonnet, spartech & taylor made are 3 usuals.

This is the Minx replacement....an '88 22 Testarossa with a mildly reworked 454, Bravo outdrive, external hydraulic steering, planes, etc.
It is in need of a lot of refinishing...really a solid boat though.
