I have the block off plates on the transom assembly. If I have a 3" stainless pipe fabricated to bolt back into the same holes, shouldn't it be fairly simple to install a switchable setup? Is there any other things that need to be done to the drive or transom assembly to do this? I'm using Dana manifold and riser, and thought I would use the Imco setup they sell also.

You should be able to do it fine. I have the switchable on my TRS. I attached some pictures of when I did the overhaul so you can see how it is hooked up.

Thanks. Hey MOP, the transom assembly doesn't look large enough at the block off plates to take a four inch pipe.
Does it take a 4" or 3" at the transom.
Did you guys have thru prop to begin with or added the Q&Q, Captains Choice, Sound Advantage............. It's so many different names for it, I don't know what to call it....
