Google "boat shipping" and "boat hauling" and start getting quotes. Prices vary a lot. You might get lucky and find someone coming across with an 18 wheeler with some room on it and get it cheap. It costs more if someone makes a special trip. Also, depending on the condition of the trailer (is there a trailer?), you might want the whole thing flat-bedded over getting it towed.

As Zimm17 mentioned...I googled "boat shipping" and emailed a dozen companies for quotes. Ended up using Lenny's shipper. Shipped a 22C last year, Chicago to Seattle for just under $1/mile.
