Problems with the trim

I'm hoping someone can help me out here, last weekend i noticed a "clunking" noise from my Alpha drive when trimming down under power... the next day the drive would not trim up under power?? it did trim up and down at idle (even with me trying to push down from the back of the boat). Is this a seal in one of the trim cylinders that is shot???

If the pump is full of fluid, then check for air in the system.

Thanks Greg, the pump resevoir is still full. Is there an easy way to check for air in the system?
