1000 Islands roll call!

It is time to get a handle on how many are attending, this year it looks like we have more things to do then we can accomplish. Three members places to visit along the river added to the already abundant attractions. Also if we have a decent head count the Garmin factory rep will come.
If you have not made your reservations yet do so real soon, the Edgewood is the preferred but there is an alternative about 1500 feet away both are listed in the main thread.

Ken, Shea, myself and few others are doing there best to make this one real good one!

A trip to the 1000 island is a must for ALL boaters, as you won't find anywhere else that can compare. We live between lake ontario and the NY finger lakes region, and instead of boating locally we drive 3 hours each way every weekend as the 1000 islands blows them all away.

Dedication maybe I think it may be more, I have been going up for about 10 years. I was so bitten the first time I can't stay away, each and every year I meet so many others that live a Looong ways away but come back every year. Never met one soul that said it was not one of the most beautiful places they have ever been in their life. I tried like heck to buy a little island years back but the guy would not part with it even though he had not set foot on it in about 15 years, said he would never part with it now to me that is Dedication!

I have a little problem(hopefully) with my trim that I have to fix, otherwise all is on track.

Are you thinking of running from home or trailering to kingston?

You might want to call the edgewood as I think they are booking up unless you are going to stay on the boat I think they have some slips left
