Someone took (dare I say stole) the oil dipstick out of my GT this winter. 1973 GT with 350 GM LT1 engine that was marinized by Chris Craft, I know that there are a few of these engines in older Donzis but I have never been able to find a service manual for this specific engine.
In the past I always relied on the dipstick, now I want to change the oil , fill it to the proper amount and then scribe appropriate mark on the new stick.
Would someone please tell me the # of quarts/litres that this should have in it. I could assume that all 350 GMs are the same but I'm not sure that the LT1 has the same oil pan as other 350s.
