Ok, who's bidding on this boat? Stop it!

What do you think this will go for? I'd like to get my buddy here is the Lone Star State to buy this. Where abouts should the reserve be?

Nice boat! SB's are getting a bit more popular these days, who cares who is faster it is riding in style that counts! There is always someone faster to the pump!

...and if it's not fast enough, I have a B&M mini-blower I could sell the new owner.:biggrin.:

WOW! Look at all the "ROOM" in the engine compartment. I guess you could call it an "Engine Room" after all...
Nice looking boat

Pretty boat, it would be even prettier with a 502 and Bravo drive.

I'm always partial to a high HP small blocks. Big blocks are over rated.

OMG...incoming.....gotta duck.... For cars, yes, but not for boats. That small block will be working way to hard to make continuous big block power. That said, not everyone is a speed demon like me and some folks will be OK with top end around 65. Nice boat, not ragging on it; but do not buy it if top end is your priority. 2 cents.

not exactly,,,start with a world products motown block with a 4.250 bore then call brandt and have them make you a 44lb 4.250 crank shaft and end up with a 482 cid small block now add a procharger?? i would think that would whoop a big block...

Maybe just before it makes toast out of the Alpha drive.

60 mph may be fine, very few cruise above that speed, but you need to realize the SBC is running wfo at those speeds, where a BBC is loafing along.

If you are looking for more speed and power then I would keep looking. The small block 22C has it's place. Some folks are concerned about fuel economy and don't care to go fast much. It would also make a perfect yacht tender. I would not purchase it with the intention of modifying the current power package to run with the big blocks. This is strictly my opinion and I don't know what the hell I'm talking about.
