Freshwater pump access?

I am wondering what is the best way to access the freshwater pump on my 1998 255 LXC, as I need to get to the filter. I can reach it with my hand from the compartment under the stairs, but not enough to really do anything. It looks like the best way would be to take out the fridge, but before I do all that, figured I would ask.

Any help would be appreciated!
