I talked to Catch 22 this afternoon. Usually, I don't call him in the afternoons, because that's when he sleeps. I figured he was still on his way to the gathering, but he said they drove all the way through last night.:eek!: I know he had to be beat, it getting him way off his usual routine. He said they got in about 1:30 am our time, and it was 52 degrees. Of course they didn't pack any warm clothing. He said Gina was digging through the suitcase, and he asked her what was she looking for. A minute later, she had socks on her hands. :)
They launched the boat today. He said he walked all the way back up to help Gina drop the trailer. After he walked all those steps, he said he realized he left the key to the trailer lock in the boat. :)
He said Grizz, Undertaker, Bolts, and Farmer Tex were there. There may have been others, but like Debbie says, my memory is the second shortest thing about me.:( :wink:
