New Boat

I have a 17' Montauk. Best boat I have ever owned. You and the outboard will quit a long time before the boat does.

I just picked up this beauty three weeks ago.
I have been searching a long time for a Whaler 13 to tool around in and teach my son how to care for and run a power boat.
I need to have a four stroke fo Lake Tahoe though.

Good choice. That was my first boat and at 13, too.

That was my dream boat when I was a kid. Never got one. When I have kids I will though. Dad never trusted us in our own boat- he'd rather have us drive the '69 7-meter donzi with the twin HM 289's under supervision. Eventually we got a 14' inflatable with a 20hp on it so we could bump into anything we wanted. It was too much work to setup and take down though.
