Cap & Rotor ?

How often do you replace your cap and rotor. I've heard 50 hours, 100 hours or when it starts to look ugly in there. I guess when I look back I've been doing it between 50 and 75 hours.

Sam I am running stock Merc stuff which I visualy inspect a couple of times a season, I have three season on them and still look decent but will get swapped out when the cover finally comes off don't like pushing my luck!
