Raw water cooling system design and parts needed question ???

I have to convert Don Tamm's 350 MAG MPI from serpentine water pump/everything else system to a simple raw water, crank mounted pump, big inlet hose through block, into SSM manifolds and dump it out.

What do I need?

ie: Thermostat housing, water pump crossover tubes, block off stuff, new Jabsco etc...???

Jabsco and Merc make serp type crank mounted pumps. How does this effect the serp belt scenario? I will also get rid of the power steering pump so there will be an alternator, a crank pump and a tensioner I "assume" .
