Gas Prices...Yikes!

A friend just got back from London. At a station in the center of London, gas was 9 pounds per liter, so $18 per liter or nearly $70 a gallon! I thought we had it bad. Must be a unique situation.

I think your friend has their wires confused somewhere.
Gas prices in the UK and here remain very close .. mostly a little bit less in the UK.
As of today we're at $7.03 (US) per US gallon. So they're probably a little bit less than us.
Now cut out this talk of gas prices before you raise the ire of someone who's been lucky enough to have had the cheapest gas in the world at his disopsal for all of his life :bonk:
